Land Surveying and Mapping have been a cornerstone at ZNS since the company began in 1976. The ZNS Survey Department enjoys a reputation for experience and excellence and has assembled a valuable collection of local surveying records. The department is highly regarded throughout the region for its commitment to customers and the comprehensive array of services it provides to both public and private clientele.

Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, including GPS system equipment, electronic field book, data collection, total stations, robotic instrumentation, and AutoCad software, ZNS can complete surveying and mapping tasks quickly, efficiently, and with great accuracy.

The ZNS Survey Department has a stable and rich history of survey knowledge and experience with many licensed professionals; the majority of whom have been employed with ZNS in excess of fifteen years. All have brought a thorough and diversified background in the application of surveying practices to the Department. The result is a well rounded team approach to our projects.

Our experience includes surveying for numerous FDOT roadway projects. Additionally, we have been chosen to be a surveying consultant to Manatee County for many years.

We also possess considerable experience in providing boundary surveying on very large acreage parcels (multi-thousand acres).
