Established in 1976, ZNS is the largest and oldest locally owned consulting engineering firm in Manatee County. We are a Florida Limited Liability Company having over 50 employees and offering services in civil engineering, structural engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture and environmental consulting.
Our expertise includes many public sector projects, such as educational facilities, correctional institutions, recreational facilities and utility projects as well as numerous private sector projects involving residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The staff of ZNS is well versed in local and state rules and regulations and has established excellent working relationships with all of the required approving agencies. We have worked with several agencies to help develop regulations so we possess an intimate knowledge of their purpose and interpretation.
At ZNS we pride ourselves in the integrity of our business dealings, the considerable experience of our staff and the exceptional service we strive to provide our clients. Many of our projects come from previous clients or are a result of client or governmental agency referrals.
